This master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company AGRI CS a.s., namely the evaluation of financial and business performance using benchmarking. The theoretical part deals with some approaches and methods suitable for the company performance evaluation with an emphasis on benchmarking. The main part however is in-depth case study on business performances of selected company. The core part is financial performance benchmarking based on public data from financial annual accounts. For this purpose I use database Amadeus. I analyzed most of the performance indicators for an average of industry branch as well as for 14 most intense competitors. Final remarks of the thesis discuss the main findings and conclusions of the whole performance analysis. On top of that I present possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of evaluating the performance of a selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first part of the thesis contains the goals, methodology, and theoretical basis for the issues. The next part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company, strategic and financial analysis. In the final part, based on the outputs of the analyzes, a proposal for the implementation of the BSC model is prepared in order to increase the performance of the company.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the selected company and subsequent implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model. The theoretical part explains the concept of performance and performance access to its evaluation. There is also the description of selected strategic analysis in this part. It is explained the essence of Balanced Scorecard and gradual steps in its implementation of corporate management in detail. The practical part describes the current situation in the company and on the basis of the results of each analysis it is proposing a project to implement the Balanced Scorecard. The final part of the thesis includes Balanced Scorecard implementation into the company to increase its efficiency and further development.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the company performance of STROJÍRNY OLŠOVEC, s. r. o. during the years 2008 – 2012 and suggest measures leading to its improvement. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the description of basic terms and methodological procedures, which are used for company performance evaluation. The characteristic of chosen company is a part of this thesis as well as the description of the development of engineering industry. Suggestions for improvement, based on the strategic analysis, financial analysis and corporate benchmarking, are presented in the conclusion of this thesis.

The Master’s thesis deals with the business performance assessment of DSB EURO, s. r. o. company by Balanced Scorecard method. The concept of the Balanced Scorecard method and its implementation is described in the theoretical part. The practical part is based on the theory described in the thesis and evaluates current situation of the company by financial and non-financial measures. The concept of the implementation into chosen company is designed from the analysis results. The final part is aimed on the risk summarization and concept contribution.

The thesis contains summary of methods used for evaluation of efficiency of information systems. A description of Balanced Scorecard is included in association with specification and description of application's implementation. The application is used for creating and administrating the strategies of Balanced Scorecard method.

This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard approach and proposes the implementation of this method in the company. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated on. The thesis specifies the strategic targets for each perspective of the concept, assigns the financial and non-financial measures for individual targets, determines target value, intended strategic actions, identifies risks and evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into the company.
The Proposal of Using Balanced Scorecard Model as a Company Performance Measurement Tool

The theoretical part of this thesis includes research of available literature, which is focused on company performance measurement in general, financial statements, financial analysis, strategic analysis and the BSC method. In the practical part, after financial and strategic analysis, proposal of the four BSC perspectives (financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth) is presented, based on the strategy of the company.
